Baseball Recap: Toombs County Takes Down Chattooga in a Playoff Battle

The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.4 runs on average over those games. As for Chattooga, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 15 of their last 18 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-19 record this season.

Toombs County will have a chance to go back-to-back against Chattooga: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 10:45 a.m. on Saturday.
