Volleyball Recap: Plano Gets the Win + How To Watch

Plano won the last time they faced Sandwich and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Reapers had just enough and edged out the Indians 2-1.

Plano had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 18-25, 25-20, 25-13.

Natalia Olson paced Plano's offense, picking up eight kills. Olson got some help from Camila Nunez and her 14 assists. Addison Johnson controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Plano's win bumped their record up to 9-13. As for Sandwich, their defeat was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 5-15.

Plano wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Morris on the 25th. As for Sandwich, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Earlville on the 25th.
