Soccer Recap: Eastern View Comes Up Short

Eastern View managed to keep up with Spotsylvania until halftime on Thursday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Cyclones lost 3-0 to the Knights. Having soared to a lofty five goals in the game before, Eastern View's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Eastern View's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Spotsylvania, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, Eastern View will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Louisa County at 7:00 p.m. As for Spotsylvania, they will venture away from home to face off against Courtland at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
