The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matchups by 27 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Camarillo waltzed into their game on Tuesday with 16 straight wins... but they left with 17. They walked away with a 50-41 victory over the Pioneers. Given the Scorpions' advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 34th, while the Pioneers are ranked 446th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Oak Park is also on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a massive bump to their 6-14 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.1 points per game. As for Camarillo, they pushed their record up to 20-1 with the win, which was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season.

Oak Park didn't have too much breathing room in their match against Camarillo when the teams last played back in February of 2024, but they still walked away with a 49-45 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Oak Park since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
