Lincoln is a perfect 6-0 against Garfield since June of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. Lincoln is taking a road trip to face off against Garfield at 4:00 p.m. Garfield took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Lincoln, who comes in off a win.

Lincoln is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They put the hurt on Kennedy Catholic with a sharp 6-0 victory on Saturday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

Meanwhile, Garfield came up short against Mountlake Terrace on Saturday, falling 11-1. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Garfield saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Owen Ward, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one RBI. That hit was Ward's first of the season.

Lincoln now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Garfield, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3-1.

Lincoln came out on top in a nail-biter against Garfield in their previous meeting back in May of 2024, sneaking past 1-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Lincoln since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
