Whitmire piles up the points against South Carolina School for the Deaf & Blind

Recap: Whitmire Wolverines vs. South Carolina School for the Deaf & Blind Hornets
The Whitmire Wolverines fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back victories it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They breezed by South Carolina School for the Deaf & Blind at home to the tune of 37-8 on Wednesday. Given Whitmire's advantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 291st, while South Carolina School for the Deaf & Blind is ranked 625th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Whitmire found their leader in underclassman Brantlee Roche, who scored 12 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Roche has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Brooklynn Babb, who scored eight points.
Whitmire's win bumped their record up to 4-17. As for South Carolina School for the Deaf & Blind, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-10.
Whitmire does not have any more games scheduled as of now. South Carolina School for the Deaf & Blind also has no future games currently scheduled.
