Basketball Recap: Colusa RedHawks vs. East Nicolaus Spartans
The Colusa RedHawks can now show off ten landslide victories after their most recent game on Tuesday. They breezed by East Nicolaus on the road to the tune of 65-0. The victory was nothing new for Colusa as they're now sitting on 11 straight.
Peyton Humphrey was a one-man wrecking crew for Colusa as he scored 24 points. It was the first time this season that Humphrey scored 15 or more points. Isaiah Travis was another key contributor, scoring 15 points.
Colusa has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 15 of their last 17 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-5 record this season. As for East Nicolaus, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-14.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Colusa will square off against the Honkers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Willows is coming into the matchup on a four-game losing streak. As for East Nicolaus, they will head out on the road to take on the Bobcats at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Paradise is out to stop a three-game streak of losses at home.
