Morrow skates past Riverdale with ease

Recap: Morrow Mustangs vs. Riverdale Raiders
The Morrow Mustangs put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past Riverdale 65-21 at home. With that win, Morrow brought their scoring average up to 50.8 points per game.
Leading Morrow to victory were muzic dace and Mikayla Dunston. dace scored 22 points along with 8 steals, while Dunston scored 26 points along with 5 rebounds and 4 steals. That makes it five consecutive games in which dace has scored at least 25% of Morrow's points. Another player making a difference was Aj Rials, who dropped a double-double on 10 points and 11 rebounds.
Morrow's victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-0. As for Riverdale, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Morrow will take on Jonesboro at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Jonesboro focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 11 last Friday. Riverdale will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against North Clayton at 6:00 p.m. on December 8th. North Clayton presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Riverdale in Georgia (North Clayton is ranked 222nd, while Riverdale is ranked 487th).
