Haxtun entered their tilt with Caliche on Saturday with four consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with five. They came out on top against the Caliche Buffaloes by a score of 62-49. This was payback for the Fightin' Bulldogs, who suffered a 56-52 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Haxtun's win bumped their record up to 11-8. As for Caliche, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-11.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Haxtun will welcome Sedgwick County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Sedgwick County knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Haxtun likes a good challenge. As for Caliche, they will be playing at home against Akron at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
