Football Game Preview: Bremond Tigers vs. Mt. Enterprise Wildcats + How To Watch

Two dominant backs in Tank Scott and Kaegan Ash are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Bremond Tigers will take on the Mt. Enterprise Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams are still undefeated after 13 games, but that won't be the case come Friday.

Bremond is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They walked away with a 17-6 win over Mart. Those 17 points were actually the fewest the Tigers have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.

Tyriq Scott was a one-man wrecking crew as he rushed for 183 yards and one touchdown. He didn't just play on offense: he also forced one fumble and made five total tackles.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Bremond was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 239 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 177 rushing yards in eight consecutive games.

Meanwhile, Mt. Enterprise really took it to Overton for the full four quarters, racking up a 74-46 victory. Considering the Wildcats have won nine contests by more than 21 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Bremond's record is now 13-0. As for Mt. Enterprise, their record now sits at an identical 13-0.

Friday's matchup might be decided on the ground. Bremond has been unstoppable on the ground this season, having averaged 247.1 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Mt. Enterprise struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 416.2 rushing yards. There's a good chance Friday's game turns into a tough fight on the ground.

Bremond didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Mt. Enterprise in their previous matchup back in November of 2024, but they still walked away with a 26-20 win. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was Ash, who rushed for 157 yards and a pair of scores. Now that he's got a second chance to win this matchup, will the Tigers still be able to contain Ash? There's only one way to find out.
