Basketball Recap: Thomas Jefferson Takes a Loss

Thomas Jefferson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They took a blow against the Hermitage Panthers, falling 52-12. The Vikings were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 30-8.

Leading Hermitage to victory were Jordyn McQuinn-Hamlin and Mariah Kinslow. McQuinn-Hamlin posted 17 points, while Kinslow earned 21 points.

Thomas Jefferson's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Hermitage, their win bumped their record up to 2-7.

When Thomas Jefferson and Hermitage next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Thomas Jefferson will challenge Armstrong and their four-game winning streak at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Hermitage will try to stop Freeman's three-game winning streak when the meet at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
