Recap: Riverdale Rebels vs. John Ehret Patriots
The Riverdale Rebels can now show off ten landslide victories after their most recent match on Monday. They took their matchup at home with ease, bagging a 41-13 victory over John Ehret. The win was nothing new for Riverdale as they're now sitting on three straight.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Riverdale to victory, but perhaps none more so than Maryah Joseph, who scored 11 points along with seven assists and five steals. Another player making a difference was Mazie Parmley, who scored 15 points along with six steals and five rebounds.
Riverdale pushed their record up to 15-2 with that win, which was their sixth straight at home. As for John Ehret, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-9 record this season.
Riverdale will challenge West Jefferson at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. West Jefferson comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 21 points in their last four games, a trend the team is of course eager to reverse. As for John Ehret, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Belle Chasse at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Belle Chasse is coming into the matchup on a six-game losing streak.
