Recap: Wellington Wolverines vs. Seminole Ridge Hawks
The Wellington Wolverines fell victim to the Seminole Ridge Hawks''s stalwart defense on Friday and couldn't make it onto the board. They took a serious blow against the Hawks, falling 35-0. Wellington just can't catch a break and has now endured three losses in a row.
Jonathan Paul threw for 144 yards on 14 of 28 attempts. Carson Perusse was his top target, picking up 61 receiving yards. On the ground, Tyree Pearson gained 70 total yards.
Wellington has been struggling recently, as they've lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-8 record this season. As for Seminole Ridge, their victory bumped their record up to 7-3.
Wellington does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Seminole Ridge also has no future games currently scheduled.
