Clarke County was handed a heart-breaking two-run defeat in their last contest, but they sure didn't let that happen against Luray on Friday. The Eagles never let the Bulldogs get on the board and left with a 12-0 victory. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matchups by 11 runs or more this season.

Clarke County now has a winning record of 9-8. As for Luray, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last ten games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-13 record this season.

Coincidentally, Clarke County and Luray will both be playing Strasburg the next time they take the field. The Bulldogs will head out to face the Rams at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Eagles will host them at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
