Basketball Recap: Collinsville Takes a Loss

Collinsville lost against Alton back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Collinsville Kahoks were beaten by the Alton Redbirds 68-17. The match marked the Kahoks' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Collinsville has traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-9 record this season. As for Alton, the win was the 18th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 18-1.

Collinsville is taking a road trip to face off against Belleville East at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Alton, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Edwardsville at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
