Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bexley). They were the clear victors by an 18-6 margin over the Centennial Stars on Saturday. The Lions have beaten the Stars the last six times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Stars has come to flipping the script.

Bexley now has a winning record of 6-5-1. As for Centennial, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-5.

Coming up, Bexley will face off against Bishop Ready at 5:15 p.m. on Monday. The Silver Knights will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something the Lions surely won't give up without a fight. As for Centennial, they will take on Shekinah Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Stars' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Flames have averaged an impressive 13.2 runs per game this season.
