Volleyball Recap: Newark Charter School's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Newark Charter School had to endure a five-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They blew past the St. Mark's Spartans 3-0 on Thursday. That's more bragging rights for the Patriots, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Newark Charter School's win bumped their record up to 4-8. As for St. Mark's, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-11.

Coming up, Newark Charter School will venture away from home to face off against Delaware Military Academy at 6:15 p.m. on Monday. As for St. Mark's, they will face off against Archmere Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
