Kingsley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 62-53 to the Cheboygan Chiefs. One positive for the Stags, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Kingsley's loss dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Cheboygan, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-5.

Kingsley will venture away from home to square off against Elk Rapids at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Elk Rapids will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Kingsley surely won't give up without a fight. As for Cheboygan, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Kalkaska at 7:00 p.m. Cheboygan is facing Kalkaska at the right time seeing as Kalkaska is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
