Killingly has gone a perfect 7-0 against Windham recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Trailblazers will head out to square off against the Whippets at 4:00 p.m. Killingly will be strutting in after a win while Windham will be coming in after a loss.

Killingly had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the six-run drubbing they dealt Woodstock Academy on Wednesday. The Trailblazers put the hurt on the Centaurs with a sharp 11-5 victory.

Meanwhile, Windham was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 5-1 to Putnam.

Killingly's win bumped their record up to 5-7. As for Windham, their loss dropped their record down to 1-10.

Killingly got the 'W' in their previous meeting back in May of 2025 against Windham by a conclusive 7-1 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Trailblazers since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
