Volleyball Recap: Metro Comes Up Short

Metro managed to slip by Collegiate Medicine & Bioscience the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Panthers lost 3-0 to the Owls on Thursday.

While Metro ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 19 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-23, 25-22.

Metro's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Collegiate Medicine & Bioscience, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-2-1.

Coincidentally, Metro and Collegiate Medicine & Bioscience will both be playing Roosevelt the next time they take the court. The Owls will head out to face the Roughriders at 4:45 p.m. on Friday, while the Panthers will host them at 5:45 p.m. on Monday.
