Recap: Camden Blue Devils vs. Central Valley Academy Thunder
The Camden Blue Devils lost against the Central Valley Academy Thunder back in February, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Camden took a 62-50 hit to the loss column at the hands of Central Valley Academy. Camden has struggled against Central Valley Academy recently, as their matchup on Friday was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.
Deacon Judd was on fire for Central Valley Academy: he dropped a double-double on 32 points and 14 rebounds. That makes it two consecutive games in which Judd has scored at least 25% of Central Valley Academy's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Will Luke, who scored 13 points along with 4 steals.
Camden's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Central Valley Academy, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
Camden will be playing in front of their home fans against New Hartford at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. New Hartford is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'. Central Valley Academy is on the road again on Tuesday and play against Proctor at 7:00 p.m. on December 12th.
