Volleyball Recap: West Forsyth Picks Up 15th Straight Win at Home

West Forsyth entered their tilt with South Iredell on Monday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Vikings 3-0. That's more bragging rights for the Titans, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

West Forsyth not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept South Iredell between 16 and 19 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-18, 25-19.

West Forsyth's victory was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 16-1. As for South Iredell, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-3 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, West Forsyth and Tri-City Christian will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:00 p.m. on the 23rd. As for South Iredell, they will venture away from home to challenge Woodlawn at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Vikings are facing the Trailblazers at the right time seeing as the Trailblazers are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
