Back of the Yards College Prep waltzed into their contest on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came within six points of losing the streak, but they secured a 6-0 W against the Kelly Trojans. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bobcats also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

One reason for the win was Back of the Yards College Prep's imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for three sacks. In that department, Oscar Acosta was the leader with two.

Back of the Yards College Prep now has a winning record of 3-2-1. As for Kelly, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-3.

The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Bobcats 10.7, Woodlawn 4.4) so any points scored will be well earned.
