Baseball Recap: Lancaster Takes a Loss

Lancaster and Mary Star of the Sea squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Lancaster had to settle for second. They came up short against the Stars, falling 12-2.

Lancaster's defeat dropped their record down to 14-16. As for Mary Star of the Sea, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-12.

Lancaster does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Mary Star of the Sea, they will square off against Garden Grove at 3:15 p.m. on Friday. The Argonauts' pitching crew has only allowed 3.4 runs per game this season, so the Stars' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
