 Burke can now show off three landslide victories after their most recent  contest  on Friday. They blew past the St. Anselm's Abbey Panthers 7-1.
  Max Gruber made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he  didn't allow a single  earned run and  only two  hits while striking out 12 over 6.1 innings pitched. Gruber was also big at the plate,  going 3-for-3 with two  stolen bases, four  RBI,  and two  doubles. He is on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as he's  now  stolen  at least one in the last three games he's  played.
 In other batting news,  Atticus Davis was  excellent,  scoring two  runs while going 2-for-2. Another player making a difference was  Ray Whipple, who  scored a  run and  stole two bases while going 1-for-3.
 Burke is  on a roll lately: they've  won three of their last four games,  which provided a massive bump to their 4-5 record  this season.
 Burke will head out on the road to  take on  Spencerville Adventist Academy at 4:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. As for St. Anselm's Abbey, they will look to defend their home field  on Friday against Sandy Spring Friends at 4:30  p.m.
