Basketball Recap: Hartford Takes a Loss

Hartford was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 42-31 to the Bangor Vikings. The Huskies were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Vikings apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in March of 2024.

Hartford's loss dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Bangor, their victory ended a six-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 4-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hartford will face off against Lawrence at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Lawrence's defense has only allowed 24.7 points per game this season, so Hartford's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Bangor, they will take on Decatur at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
