Constantine won the last time they faced Dowagiac and things went their way on Thursday too. The Falcons came out on top against the Chieftains by a score of 6-1.

Constantine has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.8 runs over those games. As for Dowagiac, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-15.

Coming up, Constantine will look to defend their home field on Saturday against Coloma at 9:00 a.m. The Comets will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Falcons surely won't give up without a fight. As for Dowagiac, they are taking a road trip to face off against Paw Paw at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
