Sunnyside extended their losing streak to four on Tuesday, dropping them down to 2-13. They lost 17-0 to the Eastmont Wildcats. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

As for Eastmont, they moved to 7-5 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak. That looming 17-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for them yet this season.

For Eastmont's part, Bennett Hunter tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits while striking out eight over five innings pitched. Those eight strikeouts gave Hunter a new career-high.

At the plate, Izik Ontiveros was incredible, going 3-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. Eastmont is 4-1 when Ontiveros posts two or more runs, but 3-4 otherwise. Manny Barrios was another key player, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs and one RBI.

While Sunnyside had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
