Softball Recap: Five Straight Road Wins for Columbia

While Columbia put up some runs on Wednesday, the same can't be said for Caldwell. The Cougars walked away with a 3-0 victory over the Chiefs. The Cougars haven't had any issues with the Chiefs recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Columbia's victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-1. The road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.2 runs on average over those games. As for Caldwell, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-6-1.
