Lewis-Palmer had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Everything went their way against the Cheyenne Mountain Red-Tailed Hawks on Friday as they made off with a 3-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Rangers in their matchups with the Red-Tailed Hawks: they've now won four in a row.

Lewis-Palmer was especially dominant in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-17, 25-21.

Lewis-Palmer can attribute much of their success to Cady Knight, who had 16 digs and four aces. That's the most aces Knight has posted since back in September.

Lewis-Palmer's win bumped their record up to 18-9. As for Cheyenne Mountain, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 16-12.

Lewis-Palmer wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-2 victory against Mead on the 14th. Cheyenne Mountain does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
