Shelby kept up with Norwalk until halftime on Wednesday, but afterwards: not so much. The Truckers never let the Whippets get on the board and left with a 3-0 victory. That's more bragging rights for Norwalk, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Norwalk has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored six goals over those two matchups. As for Shelby, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Norwalk will take on Madison Comprehensive at 11:45 a.m. on Saturday. As for Shelby, they will challenge Galion at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
