Basketball Game Preview: Brackett Tigers vs. Sabinal Yellowjackets

The Brackett Tigers are taking a road trip to challenge the Sabinal Yellowjackets at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Brackett's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three matches.

Brackett is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Falls City just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Friday. They took a 73-56 bruising from the Beavers.

Meanwhile, Sabinal came up short against Stacey on Friday and fell 54-41. The Yellowjackets have struggled against the Eagles recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Brackett's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 16-7. As for Sabinal, their loss dropped their record down to 11-16.

Brackett strolled past Sabinal when the teams last played back in January by a score of 57-40. The rematch might be a little tougher for Brackett since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
