            Volleyball Recap: Westlake Thunder vs. Cedar Valley Aviators        
        
		
        
        
            There's no place like home for Westlake, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  on Saturday. They were the clear victors by  a  3-0 margin over the Cedar Valley Aviators on Tuesday. The Thunder haven't had any issues with the Aviators recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive  win against them.
 Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 26-24,  25-17.

 Eva Langi had a dynamite game,  getting six  aces and five  digs. The dominant performance also gave  her a new career-high in  assists (17).  Laleleilagi Harmon was another key player,  getting 13  digs and one  assist.
 They weren't the only good server: Westlake  was lethal from the service line and  finished the game with ten  aces. They are 4-1 when  they serve at least ten aces.
 Despite the loss, Cedar Valley still got an impressive performance from   Ashley Gagnier, who  had 16  digs and one  assist. Gagnier is  on a roll when it comes to  digs, as she's  now  had 15 or more in each of the last four games she's  played.
The  victory was their first  at home , bumping their record up to 4-11. As for Cedar Valley, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record  this season.
 We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Westlake is set to  square off against  their familiar foe Herriman  at 6:30  p.m.  on Thursday. Meanwhile, Cedar Valley will  challenge  rival Bingham  at 6:30  p.m.  on Thursday.
