Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Woodlan). They were the clear victor by a 73-49 margin over the Fort Wayne Blackhawk Christian Braves on Thursday. The game was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Warriors had established a 22 point advantage.

It was another big night for Brooke Kneubuhler, who went 7 for 13 on her way to 20 points in addition to six assists and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Alyssa Anderson, who posted eight points in addition to nine boards and three blocks.

Woodlan smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 11 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in six consecutive matchups.

Woodlan has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.5 points per game. As for Fort Wayne Blackhawk Christian, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-8.

Woodlan will be playing in front of their home fans against Bluffton at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Fort Wayne Blackhawk Christian, they will venture away from home to take on Fort Wayne Wayne at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
