Godinez Fundamental had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Tustin Tillers as they made off with a 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 last Thursday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-21, 25-18.

Godinez Fundamental pushed their record up to 20-8 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. As for Tustin, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost ten of their last 13 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-18 record this season.

Godinez Fundamental will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Kennedy at 4:45 p.m. on the 15th. As for Tustin, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Varsity Opponent at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday.
