Softball Recap: Walled Lake Northern Comes Up Short

After flying high against South Lyon East on Monday, Walled Lake Northern came back down to earth. The Knights took a 6-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Almont Raiders on Saturday.

Walled Lake Northern's defeat dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Almont, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-4.

Walled Lake Northern has already played their next match, a 12-8 loss against Hartland on the 26th. As for Almont, they will venture away from home to square off against Yale at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
