Football Game Preview: South Oak Cliff Bears vs. Seagoville Dragons + How To Watch

South Oak Cliff has gone a perfect 10-0 against Seagoville recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Bears will welcome the Dragons at 7:15 p.m. South Oak Cliff is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last five games.

Seagoville's offense is going to have their work cut out for them on Thursday: South Oak Cliff hadn't allowed a single point the last four times they've hit the field. The Bears simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat Wilson 62-0. The Bears' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

It was another big night for Mikail Trotter, who rushed for 63 yards and four scores on only six carries. Those four rushing touchdowns gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Adriane Boyd, who rushed for 52 yards and one touchdown.

On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to South Oak Cliff's defense and their seven sacks. The heavy lifting was done by Leighton Henderson and Jaderian Jones, who racked up four sacks between them.

Meanwhile, Seagoville lost to Hillcrest at home by a 29-14 margin on Friday.

South Oak Cliff will need to focus on slowing down Andrew Hernandez, one of several Seagoville players who made an impact when they last played. He threw for 185 yards and a pair of TDs while completing 76.9% of his passes.

South Oak Cliff's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Seagoville, they now have a losing record of 3-4.
