Basketball Recap: Shields Valley Takes a Loss

Shields Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 66-44 to the Joliet J Hawks. The Rebels were not able to make up for their defeat to the J Hawks from their previous meeting back in January of 2024.

Shields Valley now has a losing record at 3-4. As for Joliet, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-3.

While Shields Valley had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
