Basketball Game Preview: Joliet Central Steelmen vs. Glenbard East Rams

The Joliet Central Steelmen just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Glenbard East Rams at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Joliet Central has now lost 17 straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since December 10.

On Tuesday, Joliet Central took a blow against Neuqua Valley, falling 61-29. While losing is never fun, the Steelmen can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 512th, while the Wildcats are ranked 111th).

Meanwhile, Glenbard East entered their match against Deerfield on Monday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. Glenbard East fell 58-48 to Deerfield.

The loss was their first at home , dropping their record down to 19-9. As for Joliet Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-23.
