With a playoff win on the line, Benton rose to the challenge on Wednesday. They never let the Woodlawn-B.R. Panthers onto the board and left with a 6-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won 13 matchups by three goals or more so far this season.

Benton is also on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 20-3-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those six games. As for Woodlawn-B.R., with the defeat, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 7-9-1.

Benton will challenge West Monroe on Monday. West Monroe will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Benton surely won't give up without a fight. Woodlawn-B.R. does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
