Smithton not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since October 6th (when they won 3-0). They put the hurt on Green Ridge with a sharp 3-0 victory. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 3-1 victory last Thursday.

One reason for the win was Smithton's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-18, 25-17.

Their offense was headlined by Jozie Moulton and Aubree Huddleston, who picked up eight kills apiece. They got some help from Drew Bray and her eight assists. Moulton was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Smithton's win bumped their record up to 12-17-2. As for Green Ridge, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-16-1 record this season.

As of now, neither Smithton nor Green Ridge have any future games scheduled.
