It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Dwight had no problem doing just that on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Gardner-South Wilmington Panthers as they made off with a 10-0 win. Considering the Trojans have won 17 matches by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Dwight is on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 15 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-11 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.7 runs on average over those games. As for Gardner-South Wilmington, their loss dropped their record down to 10-18.
