Volleyball Recap: Lincolnton Wins Going Away Against West Lincoln

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Highland Tech, Lincolnton was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They put the hurt on the West Lincoln Rebels with a sharp 3-0 victory. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since October 12, 2023, but that streak is no more.

Lincolnton never let West Lincoln on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-17, 25-23.

The Bulldogs will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Wolves surely won't give up without a fight. As for West Lincoln, they will square off against East Gaston at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
