Greenland waltzed into their contest on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They put the hurt on the Gentry Pioneers with a sharp 16-2 victory. The Pirates might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 games by 11 runs or more this season.

Greenland's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-7. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.7 runs on average over those games. As for Gentry, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 16-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Greenland will welcome Pea Ridge at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Gentry, they will host Prairie Grove at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
