Football Recap: Collinwood Takes a Loss

Collinwood fell victim to Shaw and their airtight defense on Friday. They were dealt a 59-0 defeat at the hands of the Cardinals. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Railroaders of the 60-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2022.

Collinwood's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Shaw, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Collinwood will head out to challenge Port Clinton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Shaw, they will venture away from home to square off against University School at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
