Softball Game Preview: North Sand Mountain Bison vs. Halls Red Devils

The North Sand Mountain Bison will take on the Halls Red Devils in a tournament on Saturday.

North Sand Mountain gave up the first runs last Thursday, but they didn't let that get them down. They blew past Valley Head 18-7. The win continues a trend for the Bison in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won five in a row.

Meanwhile, Halls and Silverdale Academy finished up their game with a 0-0 tie on Friday.

Not much got past Atiana Stamper, who gave up just a hit and racked up 16 Ks to keep Silverdale Academy off the board.

Halls' tie makes their record 1-1-1 this season. As for North Sand Mountain, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.
