Davies Career & Tech had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They put the hurt on the Central Falls Warriors with a sharp  17-1 win. With that  victory, the Patriots brought their scoring average up to 8  runs per game.
 Gabriella Fisher was a major factor no matter where she played. She  didn't allow a single  earned run and  allowed only two  hits while striking out nine over four innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't  tossed less than six  strikeouts in four consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box,  getting on base  in all four of her plate appearances with two  RBI.
 In other batting news,  Kylie Robert was a standout: she scored two  runs and  stole three bases while  getting on base  in three of her four plate appearances. She has been hot recently, having  posted  at least one  stolen base the last four times she's  played.  Bobbi Calder also deserves some recognition as  she  snagged her first  stolen base of the season.
 Davies Career & Tech  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .722. That's the best  OBP they've posted all season.
Davies Career & Tech's win was  their third straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 3-2. Those  road  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 12.3 runs over those games. As for Central Falls, their loss  ended  a  seven-game streak of wins at home  dating back to last season and  dropped them to 2-2.
