On Saturday, Regents faced Brandon in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Regents Lions came out on top in a nail-biter against the Brandon Bulldogs , sneaking past 2-1. The victory was some much needed relief for the Lions as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.
Regents had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The match finished with set scores of 19-25, 25-18, 15-10.

Northpoint Christian will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Brandon surely won't give up without a fight.
