Softball Recap: Jackson Comes Up Short

Jackson suffered their closest defeat since March 1st on Friday. They fell just short of the Northside Rams by a score of 3-1. The Aggies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jackson saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Autumn Rocker, who went 1-for-2 with one triple.

Jackson's loss dropped their record down to 18-5. As for Northside, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 19-11-1.

Coming up, Jackson will be taking part in a tournament against John Carroll Catholic at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. As for Northside, they will face off against Thomasville at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
