Volleyball Game Preview: Canyon Comanches vs. Sonora Raiders + How To Watch

The Canyon Comanches will head out on the road to square off against the Sonora Raiders at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Tuesday, Canyon didn't have quite enough to beat Yorba Linda and fell 3-2. The Comanches have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, Canyon sadly wound up on the wrong side. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 18-25, 27-25, 27-29, 15-10.

Meanwhile, Sonora lost 3-0 to Cypress on Tuesday. The Raiders have struggled against the Centurions recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Sonora's loss dropped their record down to 13-13. As for Canyon, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-13.

Everything went Canyon's way against Sonora in their previous meeting back in September, as Canyon made off with a 3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Comanches since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
